Nurse 

Job Description

  • Treating patient

  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families

  • Helping doctors diagnose patients and providing advice and follow-up care

  • Taking care of paperwork and writing records

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Director/Manager

Job Requirements

  • Graduated university or training school

  • Holding Nurse council

  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

  • Language ability: fluent Khmer or Japanese is mandatory, can use English for communication

  • Willing to learn new thing, improve knowledge and continue learning

  • Ability to build good interpersonal relationships, and work well in a team

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize work tasks.

Doctors

Job Description

  • Performs physical therapy and rehabilitation from patients with central nervous, musculoskeletal, and cardiorespiratory diseases. (From acute phase to Chronic phase)

  • Conducts physical therapy and rehabilitation for outpatients and inpatients at the hospital.

  • Provides physical therapy and rehabilitation in home-visit.

  • Executes other tasks assigned by directors/managers.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from physical therapy training school.

  • Language ability: fluent in Khmer or Japanese is mandatory, good command of English

  • Willing to learn, improve knowledge and continue learning

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize work tasks it.

Pharmacy

Responsibilities:

  • Developing clinical pharmacy programs according to policies and regulations

  • Reviewing records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy

  • Evaluating patient’s condition to ensure all issues are being treated

  • Identify untreated health problems and refer patients to appropriate physicians

  • Develop effective medication plans that minimize the risk of adverse side-effects

  • Consult on dosages, medication substances etc.

  • Advise on the correct administration of drugs

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

  • Assess the results of pharmaceutical treatments

  • Keep accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy
